We have suites available in the main building. They are available all year round for whatever reason you have to visit this wonderful place called Seymour Arm.

Suite #2

Three bedroom suite (approx. 1000 sq. ft.).

Six single beds, one double bed (sleeps eight).

Full kitchen and clothes washer.

Separate entrance with one flight of of 10 stairs.

French doors onto private balcony.

Suite #3 (Penthouse)

Two bedroom apartment (approx. 909 sq. ft.).

Two single beds, two double beds (sleeps six or more).

Two flights of stairs take you to your top floor suite.

Private balcony offers amazing views.

The Lounge (Party Room)

Lounge (approx. 1000 sq. ft.).

Plenty of space to meet, party, exercise, play games or music, eat food, etc.

Seats 30 – 40 for dinner, up to 50 if needed.

800 sq. ft. of open space in an “L” shape.

Located at ground level (only two-step riser).

An excellent location for your privately catered event.

Rustic Cabin

Need a little away time? Just relax and take in the scenery from this cozy, secluded cabin.

12′ x 18′ exterior

One double bed (sleeps two with possibly a third small person like a young child).

Located at the top of our hill behind the main building.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed on the details page for each unit and are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Prepayment is preferred at least two weeks prior to rental.

We take all major credit & debit cards, e-transfers and cash.
